UMass Boston is Boston's only public research university. Its Paul English Applied AI Institute — the nation's first university-based institute dedicated to democratizing AI across professions — is the academic partner for this initiative.

Together, BPS and UMass Boston are co-developing Applied AI curriculum, expanding engagement opportunities for students, and creating pathways from high school to university-level AI coursework.
